My Fellow Americans: I apologize that I have not posted since my inauguration. So many problems; violence, wars, terrorism,  flooding, fires, asteroids, JayZ in Cuba, and the passing of so many beloved fur-friends and friends of the CB  that I have not had time to catch my breath let alone a mouse or two. Since I am 7 years old today I decided I needed to say hello to all my friends. You know I have had quite a life. The heart specialist never thought I would live past 3, but here I am today having travelled all over the world and having lots of fun like laying  on the beach in the summer months,  playing piano and singing at a piano bar on the boardwalk,  and the best of all winning the hearts and votes of all my friends to become President of the United States. What more can a handsome Mancat ask for? This May is also the 3 year anniversary of Sweet Pea's adoption into our family. It has been a rough road for her but she is coming along. As you can imagine we are all looking forward to summer as I'm sure you are too. I wish you all a fabulous, fun and safe summer.

I thank all of my friends, fur friends, hairless friends and woofies for coming out to vote for me especially the  demo-cats, republic-cats, independ-cats, mug-wumps, the woofer pawty, and the t-pawty. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I hope you can all come out to my inauguration party in January. It will be great fun for everyone. There will be plenty of cat-nip and dog bones for everyone. The best part is that for every guest that attends we will donate $1.00 to animal charities.

In the mean time, let's put all our paws together to say purrs and prayers for our friends on the east coast.

Voter tampering and Election Fraud!

Dear friends and fur friends, it seems that I have been the victim of elction fraud and voter tampering. All my votes and early lead in the election has been wiped out, wiped out I tell you. Every vote has been erased and not only that all my primary votes vanished too. What's worse, the poll can't be fixed.

It's the hanging chads of Florida all over again. I am not going to take this lying down and I am not giving up. My friends, please write in your vote to me on your comment. All you need to say is that I vote for Harry Spotter and your voted will be counted. I am going to win this, but I need your help.

Harry Spotter for President!

I have to say that I am very disappointed with my mom. She started my campaign months ago, I competed in all the primaries, assembled a crack staff, and what does she do? She doesn't post, doesn't visit any of my friends or supporters and forgets about my Presidential run.  Here we are less than 2 weeks out from voting and my last post was months ago. How does she expect me to win?

She has some excuses like Sweet Pea, work, and home. Sure she works full-time, and Sweet Pea has special needs and requires lots of extra time and she doesn't sleep well at night so mom is up all night, but I am in this race to win.

Mom was even considering never posting again, then this morning she was up early because of Sweet Pea and decided to visit some friends while Sweet Pea was eating. I said to my mom " I am not a quitter, I want to finish my run for President, we started this and lets finish this".

So, here I am! I am finishing this campaign and my run for President. I have a Poll set-up next to this post. Please vote, even if you don't vote for me. Every vote is important and it doesn't matter where you live, what state, or country you are in, my Poll is open to everyone. Remember, vote early vote often, that is the Chicago way.

Super Tuesday!

It's Super Tuesday tomorrow so

Harry called a campaign staff meeting here at the airport ... telling his staffers that with that 10 states coming up for caucuses and primaries on the 6th of March ... they all needed to ramp up their efforts.  Harry also said he called on the trusted crew of Air Force One to get "the plane" ready!

His campaign coffers are flush with donations ~ so they're pulling out all the stops for Super Tuesday and he plans to fly into each and every state that day!  Yup, that's right ... Harry is making campaign stops at all 10 of them!  So he had to temporarily retire the Spotter Express bus in favor of AFO...

Harry is expecting a sweep on Super Tuesday but he can't win without your votes. The voting booth is open, so please take a moment to vote for Harry, the Mancat for President! Remember all votes count for Harry, it doesn't matter where you live so please vote for cat in the hat.

The Cat in The Hat!

Yes, it's me Harry Spotter here, with a different hat than you normally see. Here I am in a hat that is red and white stripes, so unusual a hat for me. But  today is Dr. Seuss day you see so I need to  pay tribute to the man who wrote the classic the Cat in the Hat with his trademark  classic red and white hat. So please take a look at the book with the cat in the hat and see if you agree that all cats should wear hats. Join us on the CB today where cats like to have fun and you will see many many cats in hats honoring Dr. Seuss Day! See, isn't this fun!

Thankful Thursday: The Spotter Express is on the move again ...

After landslide victories in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and now Florida, Harry and his political consultants and supporters are taking a much needed break at one of Florida's finest beaches, Cocoa Beach.

Florida was a rough-and-tough fight. One Sphynx website would not let Harry campaign. They pulled his post, his ad, and the link to his voting booth.  They said they would let the ad run but only if he posted a badge on his sidebar with a link back to them. Harry agreed but they changed their mind. What were they afraid of, that the Sphynx might rise up and vote for Harry? Isn't that called suppression of freedom! Voter tampering! What happened to Freedom of The Press! This is a Free Country!  They must be DEMOCATS! Too bad the Sphynx cats all over the world could not decide for themselves whether or not to support Harry. Regardless of their futile attempt to derail Harry, he managed to pull a resounding win without them because of all your hard work and support in getting the vote out.

Harry is pleased that his county supporters ... Knuckles and Bugsy, of Max The Quilt Cat, Allie, Ellie, Tamir, Cubby and Clifford from Friends FurEver, and Maggy and Zoey of Zoolatry are here at the beach with him celebrating.

The whole team had been hard at work for weeks, posting signs to every palm tree and scrub brush,and even arranging for skywriters over the beach! They pulled no punches getting the vote out. But now it's time for a short rest, gather thoughts, plan strategies and prepare for the upcoming caucus in Nevada and then onto the next primary in Arizona.

If Harry wins " ALL CAT'S WILL BE FREE" regardless of skin color, furred or hairless! LET FREEDOM RING FOR ALL CAT'S !!! If you value your freedom hop on board the Spotter Express Freedom Bus. Get ready, it's leaving soon for a primary near you.

Hop On The Spotter Express to Florida!

With the Spotter Express parked in front of the Tinley Convention Center in Tampa, Harry traded his classic bowler and black tux for some campaign-clothes and took part in a photo op and Q & A with local reporters.

He was excited to visit the Convention Center ~ after all, he fully expected to be making his nomination

acceptance speech there is just a few shorts months.
   Many of your have been asking for his talking points. Here are a few of my talking points.

1. I stand for free health care for all animals.
2. Free neutering and spaying for all dogs and cats.
3. Many cats and owners are against declawing.
4. We are against the shooting and killing of animals except where a person or other animals are in danger of being being killed or mauled.
5. U.S. Government inspection of all cat and dog food to make sure it's safe and healthy to eat.
6. Subsidized catnip for all cats.
7. All Sphynx are entitled to free sweaters and warming beds.
8. Au and Target would like free ham and chicken handouts to all cats.
9. George the Online Cat is outraged that the occupy wall stree protestors are using signs of "fat cats" for political purposes. He wants to outlaw the use of fat cat pictures for political use.
10. Cory would like all shelters to be kill free and make it illegal to have kill shelters, and have TNR funding increased.
11. Selina would like cat and dog adoptions to be tax deductible.  

 If you have any more suggestions to add to my platform please let me know. I believe all cats  and dogs should have a say in our country and how it is run.

On the Road Again!

Fellow voters:

I am overwhelmed by the out pouring of faith you have in my ability to run for President of our great nation.  New Hampshire was a slam dunk because of you.  Since I won your complete confidence I am moving on to the South Carolina  Primary. Campaign contributions have been pouring in since I won. I can't believe that I travelled to New Hampshire in a cat carrier and  now I'm traveling to South Carolina in this luxury motor home. Love it!

As you see on TV, the campaign is getting even nastier. Mud is flying and stuffed dogs are showing up on the rooftops of cars protesting Mitt and what he did to his family dog.  Why wasn't he charged with animal cruelty?

One of my platforms that I feel strongly about is animal rights, such as free medical care for us, no inhumane treatment, severe punishment for those that abuse animals, and lower prices on cat nip. Let me know what issues are important to you and I will add them to my platform.

Next to my post is the new ballot for the South Carolina Primary.  Voting starts now and ends next Sunday. A big shout out to my campaign manager Ann at Zoolatry and the CB. Ann is doing an amazing job at getting the vote out, and the CB  for supporting me as well.

New Hampshire Primary

My fellow voters,

Here I am in New Hampshire for the primary campaigning for a spot in the Republican Party.

 Mitt Romney is 20 points ahead of me, and Santorum is gaining in the polls. I am one of the underdogs so to speak.

I am trying not go negative. However, it's hard when the other candidates are slinging mud at me just because I am a "Cat".  They are calling me Harry the Hairless. The nerve! Did I make fun of Romney's mom jeans! Isn't he the one that strapped his dog to the top of his car and then tried to explain it to Peta that his dog likes fresh air! Really... And,  how many wives has Gingrich had? Wasn't he chastising then President Clinton for cheating on his wife Hillary  while He Himself was cheating on his own wife?  Let's not forget Obama who was quoted on his campaign trail as stating he had just visited 57 states and had one more state to visit. Last time I checked we had 50 states. Peta is mad at me too just because I like to chase a mouse or two. They say that mice civil rights are being violated. I say all cats have the right to chase  mice if we want. What ever happend to Cat Rights?

It's getting tough out here, one journalist on FOX  called me a socialist  because I am in favor of free veterinary care for all those who can't afford to go the vet for routine visits and medical care.Do youhave any idea how much a HCM scan costs? Insurance won't pay for it.  Every feline deserves the best medical care our prosperous nation can give. They are calling it government run  Harry-Scary Care. I say power to us Felines.Then on the other side , MSNBC, is calling me a right wing conservative because I believe in fiscal  responsibility and a smaller government.  Pundits are saying I can't have it both ways. Why can't we have it both ways?

11% of the voters in NH are undecided.   Lots to do before then, speeches to give, babies to kiss, hands to shake, and butts to sniff, that's a cat thing, the butt sniffing. Voting starts today and ends midnight next Tuesday, I have included a convienent ballot next to my post so can vote without having to travel to NH.

A Very Merry Christmas!

Mom is lazy so this is a card from last year before we got Daisie. Daisie is doing well and adjusting to her new home. Fiona is still jealous of Daisie and Harry hates them both. So, all is well!

Harry visited his heart vet this past week and he is in good health. His HCM has not gotten worse, it's staying the same and the vet said to come back in a year. Sweet Pea is still adjusting to life, her enviroment and her new family. She has come a long way.

We are very blessed to have our health and our family and friends and especially all of our fur and non-fur friends at the CB.

We wish all of friends a Very Merry and Joyous Christmas!

Good Friday!

Good Friday:

I decided to visit Harry at the beach to get a little sun and have some fun. But not too much sun! Mom wants you to know that we are still having problems with the computer/comcast. Comcast was out and they say it's the computer. The computer is only 1.5 years old and it's out of warranty and apparently out of access memory or something. She is trying to find someone to fix so we can visit our friends.

We want to thank everyone for a great give a way. Harry wants you to know that he has one coming up as soon as he comes back from the beach. So you gents stay tuned for a fun give away. When Harry is done with his we will have another one for our Fashion Diva's with lot's and lot's of BLING!!!
